QUEEN OF PEACE SCHOOL SUPPLY LIST 2010-2011

 

Kindergarten- Supply List               School supplies are due on:  Bring supplies with you to the kindergarten orientation.

Fees: $5.00 for Scholastic News magazine due on the first day of school

Kindergarten will be given some of their supplies at the beginning of the year.  This will give the teacher the opportunity to mark each child's name on the item.  Replacements will be your responsibility.

They will receive:

#8 Jumbo Colorific crayons, Markers, Beginner pencils, Folders, Pencil bag, large glue stick, Scissors

Each child will need:

A school bag without wheels, Index cards (200 count) white, 1 box Kleenex, 1 box hand wipes, 1 ream printer paper.  

 

Grade 1- Supply List                        School supplies and bus tags are due on Sunday, August 23rd, Open House          

Fees: $4.00 for Scholastic News magazine due on the first day of school

A school bag without wheels, 1 pair Fiskars scissors (sharp point), 1 wide ruled 10 1/2 x 8 spiral notebook 100+ pgs., 1 box tissues, 1 container of baby wipes, 1 ream printer paper.

NO MARKERS, RULERS, BOX PENCIL CASES, RING BINDER, COLORED PENCILS, CRAYONS MORE THAN 8 PACK    

 

Grade 2 Supply List                                                                                                                                                                         

Fees: $4.00 for Scholastic News magazine due on the first day of school

Grade 2 students will be given some of their supplies at the beginning of the year.  Thus will give the teacher the opportunity to mark each child's name on the item.  Replacements will be your responsibility.  Please mark all replacements.  Replace crayons with 8 pack only.

They will receive:

# 8 Colorific crayons, 2 #2 American pencils, 3 folders- 3 colors, 1 plastic pencil bag, 1 pencil eraser, 1 large glue stick, 1 ream of printer paper

Each child will need:

1 pair of Fiskars scissors (sharp point), 1 box of tissues.

NO MARKERS, RULERS, BOX PENCIL CASES, RING BINDER, COLORED PENCILS, CRAYONS MORE 8 PACK    

 

Grade 3- Supply List

16 pack crayons, 4 #2 American pencils- sharpened, 1 pencil eraser, 1 large pencil pouch, 1 pair of Fiskars scissors,

 1 package of washable markers, 1 - 3 subject notebook, 1 Large glue stick, 1 box tissues, 1 ream printer paper

 DO NOT SEND PENS OR TRAPPER KEEPERS

 

Grade 4- Supply List                                                                                                                                                            

Fees: $4.00 for National Geographic magazine due on the first day of school, $3.00 for student planner to be purchased at school

Please label everything your child brings or wears at school.  3 -1 subject notebooks, 1 pencil eraser, 1 large pencil pouch, 3 regular #2 pencils sharpened, 1 pair scissors- sharp point 1 - red pencil, 3 erasable pens,  2 red pens,  1 highlighter,  pocket folders 1 each red, yellow, green, blue, 1 glue stick, 2 packs of wide ruled paper, 16 pack crayons, 2 boxes tissues, 1 bottle of glue, 1 ream of printer paper, 2 packs of wipes.     (Colored pencils, markers and mechanical pencils are optional)

NO LARGE BOOKBAGES, NO TRAPPER KEEPERS- THEY DO NOT FIT IN LOCKERS,

1 package pens (blue/black only, as needed),Red or green pens for editing, Highlighters (as needed), 2 black Sharpie’s marker (as needed), Mechanical pencils eraser, Loose leaf paper - college ruled (as needed), folders to hold papers as needed, Pencil bag to keep pens and pencils in.  Art supplies to use in classroom projects. Bring in one ream of printer paper.   Many items will need to be replaced throughout the year.
