Hot Lunch Information 2008-2009
A hot lunch is provided every Tuesday and Thursday of each week starting on SEPTEMBER 19th. Menus for September and October are enclosed together in the first envelope. Both menu orders are due back on September 1, 2006. This is the only time that two menus will come home at the same time.
PRICE: $2.75 per lunch payable by check or money order to M & M Catering. Please, no cash.
PROCEDURE:
1. Hot lunch envelopes come home in the Monday envelope and are turned in at school by Friday of the same week. Please check the time and date that the orders need to be returned. Deadlines are important and will be adhered to by the office.
2. Each hot lunch envelope will contain a menu and a sheet of lunch tickets for each child in the family. Please put your child's name and grade on each ticket for the desired lunch they are purchasing. Please return the sheet of tickets and check or money order to the office. Please do not cut the tickets.
3. Complete the information on the outside of the envelope by marking student name and grade, number of lunches ordered and the total amount due PER CHILD on the space provided.
4. Do this for each child ordering and put a FINAL TOTAL DUE. Please double check the amount due.
5. Enclose a check or money order payable to M & M Catering.
If your child is sick on the day of hot lunch, you may pick up the lunch between 11:30 am and 12:30 pm in the school cafeteria. Please tell the office of your plan to pick up the lunch when you report their absence in the morning. There are not refunds for sick days.
