Queen of Peace Parent’s Group

• The Queen of Peace Parent’s Group is a volunteer organization dedicated to supporting our school, our teachers, staff and most importantly, our students. The Parent’s Group welcomes all parents, teachers and parishioners to help in its efforts to provide enrichment opportunities for our students and to keep our school academically competitive. The fundraising efforts of this group are used to aid in these efforts and provide whatever funds are available to enhance the educational programs available to our students.

For the school year September 2006-2007 the Parent’s Group spent over $17,000 for Queen of Peace School. The following are just a few items purchased by Parent’s Group.

Beginning January 2008 Parent’s Group meetings will be held the first Wednesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. in Urbain Hall. The first meeting in 2008 will be held on Wednesday, January 2. If you don’t have the time to attend meetings and just want to participate in the fundraising efforts, here are a few fundraisers Parent’s Group does during the school year.
